
Vicente Peromarta, also known as Peri is a 29 years old chilean music composer of videogames, images, classical, pop, and much more. He has a bachelor in music with a major in composition from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. After graduating, he started studying music production, as a way to approach the videogames music world.
From a young age, he developed a strong interest both in music and in video games. Titles like World of Warcraft or Half-Life were among his biggest inspirations at the start of his career.
He has played piano since childhood, and at the age of 20 years, he started to study cello alongside the piano while pursuing his university degree.
Peri has composed and produced music in a wide range of styles, going from classical-contemporary music, multiple video-game genres, sound design for videos and a lo-fi hip hop album.
He has participated of various Global Game Jam editions to develop his skills. Also, he worked for the prototype phase of Iskay, a retro indie game at the chilean company Yngvi Studios in 2020, developing the music and the sound effects of it. In 2025 he moved to Germany hoping to join a team creating games across different genres and to pursue his goal of composing music for video games.
